At Freestyle, we want you to love your look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
